Work first or study first

First of all, the universalization of education in Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, it will become globalization to give many people the opportunity to receive education, and even lead some people to think that those who do not have a bachelor's degree in shame. We can see that a number of students do not have adequate professional skills, not good enough to survive in the competitive workplace, even if they receive a university diploma. This has become an alarming problem in the world. Graduating from college, there is no cause for celebration, because many people have the same qualifications. That is why I think we should take further education, must possess the necessary professional knowledge and stay competitive.
To attain a bachelor's degree is certainly not easy for many years ago, but now the majority of high school graduates there is no inconvenience, mainly because of access to higher education in universities increasingly common. However, the rapid growth in the number of students means more competitive in the job market, as well as. In this case, whether to work first or pursue post-graduate education first has always been a dilemma to many graduates. As far as I know, the pursuing further studies is better than the right to work after graduation, in fact it is because it better to prepares myself for the future careers. This is a win-win situation.


In college education, we have received are not concentrated in specific areas. Take me as an example. My major is Public Health, I curriculum-related biology, chemistry, physiology, they enlighten me to a certain extent, but they provide limited assistance to me, if I plan to work in a particular area, for example, have been a staff in hospital management. I think continuing education is absolutely necessary to people like me to learn knowledge in a particular area, which will help us competitive, when we are looking to find a job after graduation


Different with universities, graduate schools and vocational schools to provide further training and education in specific areas. In order to survive in a competitive workplace, with a bachelor's degree does not seem enough. We should strive to achieve a certain degrees of expertise to solve this problem, to adapt the rapidly changing world. From the employer's point of view, and they prefer to hire people who with master's or doctorate degree, which is better than just have a bachelor's degree.


As we can see from the current job market in developing country, it is becoming more and more elite, which makes the low level of education of unemployed people, including some university graduates. In order to survive in the competitive working place, we need to maintain a competitive power over others, which is another important reason, I believe that continuing education as an important and necessary choice. Has a master's degree does not necessarily guarantee to have a meteoric rise, not to mention those who just graduated from secondary school. However, it does increase the employment possibilities.
